- Lady Carline★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I was honestly expecting more. When you enter its all good.... Customer service is friendly. After that its like you're on your own. For a newbie like myself, going to gym can be intimidating. Plus, not everyone can read so just showung up and ve expected to work all the machines n equipment by yourself I think is Ludicrous. They should have (my opinion) host (whatever they call them) walking around n checking on people to see if they ok and are managing well. Or i suppose that only comes when u level up on membership which sucks. Customer service should be all round.
